P422 was deleted from CLP Annex IV, so there is no current official wording
The consolidated regulation no longer prints this code, and the language versions follow it — a deleted code loses its official wording in all 24 languages at once. That does not make the code meaningless: labels printed before the deletion legally carried it, and safety data sheets still quote it. GHS is a United Nations model text, revised every two years, and each jurisdiction adopts a revision on its own timetable. A code can be legally current in one system and deleted in another — that is normal, not an error.
